• Keep in mind that the water flow in the river can vary. If you are a beginner, we recommend our KAYAKOMAT at Nydalabadet.
• Start paddling upstream if you feel unsure, then the journey home will be easier.
• It is not possible to pass under bridge construction up in Baggböle.
• There is a beach and a café in the Bölesholmarna.
• On the island you can find the cosy Eljest café.
