More experienced paddlers can easily access Långsjön and Tyresö Flaten through Gudöån and enter Tyresta National Park. Kayaking is a great alternative to exploring southern Stockholm and Södertörn by bike or hiking. Local tips for kayaking in Stockholm, Drevviken:

• The many lovely beaches around Drevviken! Such as Hökarängsbadet (closest), Skrubbabadet, Kumlabadet, Vendelsö Gårds bad etc.
• Paddle to "Skrubba Holmar". Two small islands that are quite amazing for an exploration or lunch or swim-stop.
• Drevviken is large and if you want to go on a longer trip you can paddle all the way to Gudö Å. This is an amazing tour and adventure and very recommended. Please make sure you booked at least 10 h rental for this, so that you will be back on time.
• Enjoy a nice lunch, ice cream or Swedish “Fika” at restaurant Nice Valley 400 m from the Kayakomat.

Good to know at KAYAKOMAT Sköndal:

• Parking available below and to the left of Kristinahuset & Nice Valley.
• Buss 181 will take you to Stora Sköndal, a short walk from the KAYAKOMAT. Search on SL.SE to find your route.
• You find us below and to the left of restaurant Nice Valley. Or to the right of Sköndals beach.
• Toilets are available in summertime by the beaches, as well as at Nice Valley restaurant for guests.
• Provided life jacket is suitable for people weighing between 35 to 100 kg.
