Certificate of Competence

I hereby declare that, as a customer and user of the water sports equipment offered for hire and for the users for whom I am responsible, I understand and meet the following conditions:

- Be able to swim a distance of 25 metres;

- Be able to put your head under water;

- To be fully physically fit to practise a sporting activity in an aquatic environment independently;

- Be aware of the weather conditions and the constraints of the practice area.

- Be comfortable in an aquatic environment;

- All persons using the Equipment must weigh between 40 and 130 kilograms due to the adaptability of the buoyancy aids supplied with the Equipment.

- It is forbidden for any minor to participate.

- Participants must bring a mobile phone with them, stored in a waterproof container inside the kayak

- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for participating in the activity

It is forbidden to use the Equipment if the user does not meet one of the conditions. Each user assumes full responsibility for failure to comply with any of these conditions.
