Rent a SUP or kayak in Ristinge Harbor. This little fishing village is definitely worth a visit. If you are a beginner in kayaking or at SUP, then there are really nice conditions in protected water in the bay and out along the north side of Ristinge sheltered from south and southwest winds. You can also paddle north along Langeland's west coast. If you are more experienced, you can paddle all the way to the tip of Ristinge and if the weather and current conditions are good, you can perhaps cross over to Marstal on the Isle of Ærø. Kayaking with friends, family or on your own in these waters is a peaceful experience, suitable for beginners and easily experienced SUP and kayakers. A kayak trip in the waters around Ristinge Harbor provides plenty of experiences even if you stay close to the harbor and the coast and is also a wonderful, alternative way to experience Langeland. Local tips for paddling in Langeland

• Put the kayak or SUP in at the small tow place, close to the Kayakomat, -but be careful! Here it can be slippery. Later, a floating dock for landing kayaks & SUP`s will be installed.
• Paddle in the bay with shallow water if you are a beginner or if you are more experienced, you may paddle further out along the Ristinge Peninsula and with good weather and current conditions, cross over to Marstal on the Isle Ærø.

• The KAYAKOMAT by Ristinge Harbor is located by good parking facilities, which are free of charge.
• However, the KAYAKOMAT is far from shopping. We recommend that you get your supplies for the trip either at Ristinge Camping og in the town of Humble on the road to Ristinge. In periods, fish can be bought at the harbor.
