Local tips for paddling from Golfe Juan Plage du Midi
- Heading left, all the beaches of Juan-les-Pins unfold before you, with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills (Le Baou).
- Depending on your skill level, you can reach Plage de Ondes in 2 hours (in conditions with some waves, 3 hours at a leisurely pace). This beach boasts a sandy bottom: a true lagoon just a few meters from the shore.
- Just after, you can admire the Olivette refuge (a cove dedicated to the Pointus: the famous wooden fishing boats emblematic of the coast).
- Continuing on, you'll follow the Cap d'Antibes with its coves boasting crystal-clear waters and its legendary, sumptuous villas and residences.
2. If you choose to turn right from the start, you'll reach secluded coves and beaches accessible only by water—excellent spots for a picnic!
- If you have more time to continue in this direction (a 4-hour window), you can reach the Cap de la Croisette in Cannes and enjoy some time there, perhaps with an ice cream on the beach.

- The Kayakomat station is a 10-minute walk from Golfe Juan train station.
- There is a free-floating bike drop-off point.
- Parking: paid street parking and the Indigo "Théâtre de la Mer" public parking lot is right next to the Kayakomat station.
- Public showers are available on the beach.
- The Kayakomat station is next to Plage le Vieux Rocher, where you can have a drink after a paddleboarding session.
- Local safety:
1) Stay away from the small rocky islet in front of the beach.
2) Be aware of the various channels: boats entering and leaving the Camille Rayon, Galice, and Croutons ports, as well as the aquaculture farm facilities.
3) Boats are not equipped to go beyond 300 meters from the shore.
