Self-Service Kayak & SUP Rentals
Rent a kayak at Radley Beach, on the shores of Burns Lake. Paddling with friends and family is a fun activity and a great way to explore the area. This is a great location for beginners as you can stay close to shore and the waters are relatively calm. More experienced kayakers can easily go out on longer trips South to Deadman’s Island Provincial Park, or north to the channel connecting to Decker Lake. Renting a kayak at Kayakomat Burns Lake is easy, affordable, and available when you are!
Local tips for kayaking on Burns Lake:
- Make a family day of it at Spirit Square with kayaking, our playground, splash park, & picnic areas; Grab lunch at the nearby concession.
- Stay for up to three nights for free at the campground adjacent to the park!
Good to know:
- There are 4 solo kayaks, 1 duo (sit-in) kayak, and 1 duo (sit-on-top-) kayak available at this station.
- You will find the KAYAKOMAT by the beach next to the playground.

On the day of your booking, you will receive a code via email and SMS. Arrive at your KAYAKOMAT and unlock your gear. Inside you’ll find everything you need: PFD, paddles and sprayskirts. If it’s your first time out on the water, make sure you double check our safety tips.
Time to paddle!
Now you’re ready to go! Enjoy your time out on the water, and be sure to tag us @kayakomat on social media. When your rental time is finished, return your equipment, check that everything is clean and lock it back up.
