Rent a single kayak or tandem kayak at Tunaåstrand and enjoy a day on the Tuna River, surrounded by beautiful green areas and the many islands the river has to offer. Paddling is a fun activity to enjoy with friends and family. For beginners, this is an ideal place to try kayaking, as there is very little boat traffic. More experienced paddlers can, on a calm day, make their way to Torsång or Lake Ösjön. If you are comfortable in a kayak, you can paddle all the way out to Lake Runn.
Kayaking is an excellent way to experience Tunaåstrand from a different perspective, whether as an alternative to cycling or as a relaxing break during a hike. Nearby, you will also find Tunaåstrand Café, the perfect place to finish your paddling trip.

Tips for Paddling on the Tunaån
The Tunaån is a long, calm waterway that offers relaxation and close contact with nature. Next to our station, you will find barbecue areas, a swimming spot, a pergola, and a café serving food, ice cream, coffee, and snacks.
If you would like to explore further, Sahlins Struts Farm is a great excursion destination. For more experienced paddlers, we recommend paddling to Torsång Café.

- Toilets are available on-site.
- There is plenty of parking available.
- The “Bro” bus stop is approximately 500 meters from the entrance to Trönövägen, which leads to Vatthammarsvägen and then to Tunaåstrand.
- Uvbergsviken is located on a large grassy area next to a small beach, making it an ideal place to launch your kayak.
