Self-Service Kayak & SUP Rentals
The user certifies that they are at least eighteen (18) years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over eighteen (18) years old. Under 18's can only use Tandem Kayaks and must be accompanied in the Tandem Kayak by an adult over eighteen (18) years old.

WINTER PADDLING
We are open all year. Please note that due to the changing seasons there might be some leaves and other debris in and around the kayaks/station.
The water and air temperatures will be cold, please dress appropriately.

- If there are safety concerns due to weather DO NOT ENTER THE WATER (e.g., high winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain), please contact us immediately at craig.lochard@kayakomat.com with all your booking information.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

- Full name
- Booking reference number
- Desired cancellation or new date/time (for reschedules)
- We aim to acknowledge all requests within 48 hours.
- Please note refunds are subject to a cancellation fee

On the day of your booking, you will receive a code via email and SMS. Arrive at your KAYAKOMAT and unlock your gear. Inside you’ll find everything you need: PFD, paddles and sprayskirts. If it’s your first time out on the water, make sure you double check our safety tips.
Time to paddle!
Now you’re ready to go! Enjoy your time out on the water, and be sure to tag us @kayakomat on social media. When your rental time is finished, return your equipment, check that everything is clean and lock it back up.
