Local tips for paddling in Östersund

Park either above Surfbukten on Frösön or at Storsjöstran / under the bridge, then take a walk over the footbridge.
A public toilet is available in Dalhemsparken, about 120 meters from the kayakomat or in Badhusparken that is 320 meter away.
Important! You may not paddle inside the docks in the cable car, but you may put the kayak in there, but then paddle outside the docks and the suspended area.
It is only walking and bike path to the Kayakomat.
