• Pack lunch and paddle up the canal, all the way to Garnsviken, here there is lovely nature to stop and eat a packed lunch about 6 hours.
• If you want a full-day excursion, you can easily paddle out of the channel and glide around among islands, stop for lunch or grill your dinner on one of the many rocks.

• You will find the rental station 5 minutes walk from the center of Åkersberga with good connections by both train and bus that will quickly take you to Stockholm City, there is also a large parking lot nearby.
• Launching is easy via floating jetties approximately 20m from the Kayak station.
• The canal can be busy with slow moving boats, always be careful if you paddle out to the fairway.
