WINTER PADDLING

We are open all winter, please note that due to the changing seasons there might be some leaves and other debris in and around the kayaks/station.

The water and air temperatures will be cold, please dress appropriately.

Adverse Weather

• If there are safety concerns due to weather DO NOT ENTER THE WATER (e.g., high winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain), please contact us immediately at cameron.clark@kayakomat.com with all your booking information.

• We monitor conditions closely and may proactively suggest rescheduling; in such cases, refunds or reschedules will be offered.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

• Email us at cameron.clark@kayakomat.com with your:

• Full name
• Booking reference number
• Desired cancellation or new date/time (for reschedules)

• We aim to acknowledge all requests within 2 business hours.
• Please note refunds are subject to a cancellation fee
