You'll find us at the Seegarten bathing area in Groß Wittensee! Thanks to our KAYAKOMAT self-service rental, you can easily access kayaks at any time of day. With our modern kayaks, you're ready to conquer the water! Whether you're an experienced paddler or a curious beginner, you'll find the perfect equipment for your adventure with us.

Choose from single kayaks (solo sit-inside) or double/tandem kayaks (sit-inside), which are super easy to paddle, available 24/7, all year round, at our self-service location.

A sit-onside kayak is ideal for beginners. Kayaking is a great alternative to exploring the area by bike or on foot. The lake is a well-known water sports area and hosts international competitions.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Our kayaks are robust and stable, making them suitable for beginners. Life jackets are available for children weighing 30 kg or more when paddling tandem. Dogs are welcome on tandem kayaks. You'll find a small selection of tour suggestions at the station. Please allow at least 2 hours for a short trip. To better distribute your energy, we recommend starting the tour against the wind.

• Free public parking, a children's playground, and a barbecue hut are available.
• Public restrooms are located directly at the station.
• The kayak launch is right next to the station.
• Entry into the water is easy via a gently sloping ramp.
• Please be considerate of swimmers and other water sports enthusiasts.
• The location is easily accessible on foot or via the bike path between Schleswig and Eckernförde.
• A bakery with homemade bread and cakes and a fish smokehouse with fish from the lake are accessible by kayak.
