Self-Service Kayak & SUP Rentals
The user certifies that they are at least eighteen (18) years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over eighteen (18) years old.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled rental
- A 50% refund of the total booking value will be issued.
- Cancellations made on the day of your rental
- A 20% refund of the total booking value will be issued.
- No-shows or cancellations after your scheduled start time will not be refunded.
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking 2 hours prior to original start time, for any reason, at no extra charge
- Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability—please contact us as soon as you know your new plans.
3. Adverse Weather
- If there are safety concerns due to weather (e.g., high winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain), please contact us immediately at cameron.clark@kayakomat.com
- We monitor conditions closely and may proactively suggest rescheduling; in such cases, full refunds or free reschedules will be offered.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Email us at cameron.clark@kayakomat.com with your:
- Full name
- Booking reference number
- Desired cancellation or new date/time (for reschedules)
- We aim to acknowledge all requests within 2 business hours.

On the day of your booking, you will receive a code via email and SMS. Arrive at your KAYAKOMAT and unlock your gear. Inside you’ll find everything you need: PFD, paddles and sprayskirts. If it’s your first time out on the water, make sure you double check our safety tips.
Time to paddle!
Now you’re ready to go! Enjoy your time out on the water, and be sure to tag us @kayakomat on social media. When your rental time is finished, return your equipment, check that everything is clean and lock it back up.
