Kayak and SUP rental at KAYAKOMAT Landvettersjön- Sjöholmens Badplats
Rent SUP and kayak in Landvetter. Kayaking is a very peaceful and fun activity, best enjoyed together with friends and family. Beginners can here comfortably try both SUP and kayaking, while still being close to shore. For those of you who are more experienced kayakers you could paddle all the way to Mölnlycke on the other side of the lake, or follow the lush vegetation of the canal upstream. Through KAYAKOMAT self-service rental you can easily access kayaks and SUPs any time of the day at your convenience. Experience Landvettersjön from a new perspective!
Local tips for paddling at Landvettersjön
- Start along the shores to your left and pass the steep cliffs. Continue over to Hällsnäs restaurant in the middle of the lake to stop for a coffee och icecream on your way.
- You can also follow the channel and make it up the stream, going under several small bridges and experience the lush vegetations and chances of seeing animals along the stream.
- For a longer tour; take the full circle around the whole lake and visit the beach on the opposite side of the lake.

- Free parking is available 100 meters from the KAYAKOMAT.
- Public toilets, adventure golf, tennis and, ice cream are available by the nice beach at your starting point.

On the day of your booking, you will receive a code via email and SMS. Arrive at your KAYAKOMAT and unlock your gear. Inside you’ll find everything you need: PFD, paddles and sprayskirts. If it’s your first time out on the water, make sure you double check our safety tips.
TIME TO PADDLE!
Now you’re ready to go! Enjoy your time out on the water, and be sure to tag us @kayakomat on social media. When your rental time is finished, return your equipment, check that everything is clean and lock it back up.
